Inside Sales Representative

Experienced go-getters, rain-makers and appointment setters focused on building a solid sales pipeline.

Position Summary

How is this different from every other sales job? You will have an opportunity to build a marketing and sales consulting firm that provides startups the best opportunity to get to their next growth stage. You’ll make money. You’ll never be bored because you’ll change customers every 3 to 9 months. And you’ll have the opportunity to quickly move into a leadership role OR be a rainmaker. Or both. Your call. Who You Are

Ideally you’re coming in with 4+ years sales experience (2 prospecting and 2 closing) in a startup environment. This means you’ll ramp quicker and make faster money. We won’t rule you out if you have fewer than 4 years of experience—some of our best inside sales reps didn’t either—but you better have blow-out performance numbers that make your case for you. You will help us build our company (by recruiting, selling, and coaching) and support our clients by helping them build theirs (by identifying good fits, prescribing cost-effective solutions, and building their pipeline).

Sales Leaders

Director-level sales pros who are numbers people as much as they are people people. You’ve got a loyal team of reps who consistently crush their quotas and an eye for improving operations.

Position Summary

Take a look at the position of the Inside Sales Representative and tack on that you will be charged with recruiting and coaching them and be working with a client, building their strategy and internal teams. This role will stretch you across multiple activities, recruiting, coaching, selling and working with clients, but the good news is that each of these is income generating for you, and you will identify the streams of income you are best at and thereby find your ideal balance and maximize your income potential. You will also be assigned to accounts as a Director level champion to provide advice on how to improve operations. Limited travel...maybe 10% of your time.

Who You Are

You are an excellent communicator both internally and with clients. You have sold in startups. You have built and/or maintained a sales team. And you want to take your leadership experience and give that to multiple different clients. You want to help us build our company (by recruiting, selling, and coaching BDRs) and support our clients by helping them build theirs (by identifying good fits, prescribing cost-effective solutions, and building their pipeline).

Sales and Marketing Analysts

You’re the Swiss Army Knife of your organization. You understand Sales and Marketing operations and how to architect the systems behind them to make them hum.

Position Summary

This is a Swiss army knife of a role. This person will take a GTM and Customer Success strategy and create the systems and processes to make it hum. To do that, you’ll advise clients on which system(s) to implement and how they should be architected in order to maximize the client’s visibility and efficiency across marketing, sales and customer success teams. This role will be working with all departments and at various levels. Limited travel...maybe 5% of your time.

We aren’t looking for people to train--sorry. Salesforce.com is a must. Crafty with spreadsheets is a must. Process oriented is a must. If you’ve got all that and you’re able to manage multiple projects within a client AND multiple clients at the same time, come with it!

Business Executives

Experienced, dynamic Sales and Marketing veterans who are obsessed with customer acquisition and driven by new challenges.

Position Summary

Typical weeks are split 85/15 between client work and supporting deal discovery and closing. Limited travel...maybe 20% of your time. Deal support focuses on creating a 3 to 6 month plan for a prospect that is almost completely centered on their customer acquisition strategies (e.g. current messaging strategies, pricing, GTM/demand gen plan, operational processes across marketing/sales/customer success). And your engagements, subsequently, will be focused on building out the strategy, identifying and managing resources to cost-effectively implement the strategy. You will also be assigned to accounts as an executive champion to provide pro bono advice on how to improve operations.

Who You Are

You were critical in leading the marketing and sales functions of organizations from pre-revenue through to $10M ARR, multiple times. You leverage data and an astute understanding of the funnel (and all of its dependencies and inputs) to increase revenue and pull cash in more quickly. You value experience over a formal education. You process information at a rapid pace. You listen both with your ears (verbal response) and eyes (nonverbal response). You anticipate roadblocks or opportunities months and years in advance and implement a strategy to minimize or maximize, respectively, the potential impacts. Your previous clients will speak highly of the value (revenue generated / expense saved) you delivered on the projects you led.

Creatives

The elusive Left-Brained Right-Brainer. You create really compelling, really cool stuff based on data and market research.

Position Summary

Creating sales enablement collateral that drives revenue by supporting the GTM strategy and optimizing the sales process is the main focus of this job. You will create collateral (e.g. website, press releases, customer case studies, annual survey reports, email copy, ROI calculators, demo scripts) based on your understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile, Buyer Persona and Product Offering.

Who You Are

You are an experienced copywriter or designer who enjoys creating with the intent of driving lead acquisition, pipeline conversion and bookings / revenue, and you can prove it. Most helpful will be if you’ve worked in a sales driven organization where your creative projects were tied to a target or metric because that’s how we operate for our clients.
