ScaleUpOnDemand began as a consulting-led practice. After many years of that work, I paused the business because I’d done the same kind of engagements long enough that I wanted a new chapter.

Today, the company’s energy goes into One Human Layer — an initiative built under ScaleUpOnDemand LLC: technology that helps people capture and use the context of their lives with clarity. Same underlying intent as before: help people — with a product path instead of open-ended consulting.

One Human Layer will eventually sit in its own entity; for now it’s developed under this LLC.
